Policies

New Clients

Must schedule a consultation/ walk through before we will give an estimate for the cleaning.


Pets

There will be an additional fee starting at $100 for cleaning up after any pets. 


Smoking

There will be an additional fee starting at $150 for cleaning and deodorizing associated with smoking.


Vacuum's

Although we provide our own cleaning chemicals and cloths to clean, for sanitary reasons we expect the home owner to provide a properly working vacuum cleaner. If one can not be provided please let us know when scheduling the cleaning appointment. 


Cancellations

We understand that there may be reasons that cause a cancellation, we ask that you please give a 48 hour notice. If you cancel within 24 hours without notice, you will be expected to pay 50% of the scheduled cleaning cost for the inconvenience.


Lock outs

If for any reason we can not access the unit we are supposed to clean there will be a $25.00  lock out fee for the inconvenience.


Late check outs

We will grant a 30 minute grace period between scheduled start time of the appointment and departure of guest, for every 30 min after there will be a charge of $20 per every additional 30 minutes.


Laundry Detergents

We do expect the home owner to provide any laundry detergent, fabric softener, stain remover and bleach to wash any linens.


Guest Amenities

We expect the owner to provide any guest amenities that they wish to be refilled or supplied. Such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, etc. We will not be responsible to refill or replace any guest amenities if failed to be provided by the owner.
